Half way through the Detox!

These past two weeks have flown by. Today we worked out our biceps and did kick boxing. It's always nice to get out any frustrations on a kick boxing bag. Now we can start the weekend right, all relaxed and stress free. We'll be weighing in tomorrow, taking our mid way pictures and measurements.

I would like to congratulate one of our members for losing 6.5 pounds the first week! We are all very proud of her! I can't wait to see what she's done this week.

I'm only down 4.5 pounds so far, I was hoping to lose 3 pounds a week to get to my goal of 15 pounds off. But no matter what I'm feeling good. I'm experiencing with new recipes and having a blast. Last night I made a salmon, cream cheese and dill dip. Eating healthy does not have to be boring!

I just bought a pair of new jeans and hesitated on buying the smaller size, and now I'm kicking my self for not doing that. I'm normally a 10/12 and I bought an 8...should of bought the 6's! It's so exciting! Now I'm going to see my alterations lady!
